KINWA CL-220/250 series CNC lathes exhibit extraordinary heavy cutting capacity and feature 30-degree slant saddle structure with superior rigidity. Bed and base: The bed and base are one-piece constructed that effectively boosts the rigidity of the entire structure.
Boxway on X and Z axis: X, Z axis are boxway. Slideways surfaces are hardened by heat treatment and precision ground, ensuring high stability in heavy cutting. Tailstock: The tailstock quill movement is driven by hydraulic power, making long workpiece loading / unloading quick and convenient.
