The VULCAN 3015EX aims for efficient continuous processing of 3000x1500 plate materials with a cover-type design for user safety and an interchangeable work table.In particular, it is possible to cut aluminum, which was difficult with Co2 laser, so it is optimized for ships, ducts, and signboards that process large plates.
Compared to the existing Co2 machine, it can work with only about 30% of the power consumption based on the same power, and with a beam transport structure that does not require a mirror, there is no maintenance, and the cost of consumables is dramatically reduced, so productivity can be expected to increase dramatically.
