The power chuck itself has no power source, and the opening action of its jaws is driven by a rotary hydraulic cylinder or rotary air cylinder and a connected tie rod. It is mainly installed on automatic lathes or milling machines and other processing machines.
This series of standard power chucks are mainly divided into 2-jaw, 3-jaw, and 4-jaw according to the shape of the workpiece to be clamped. Among them, the large-aperture design of the second generation of H is larger than the conventional collets in the industry, and the through-hole diameter is larger, and the clamping force is increased by about 10%, the product structure has been optimized by FEM, the rigidity has been increased, and it is suitable for circular through-hole workpieces.
