Rollers are applied on different machine, packing machine, coating machine, print machine, textile machine, paper making machine, conveyor machine, steel plates machine, resin processing machine, dyeing machine, leather making machine ...etc. The iron, steel and aluminium core will be coated by various rubbers, PU, silicon, Teflon. The purpose of the roller is very important, it garner different applications, such as anti-acid or base, high loading pressure, high ESCR, conduction, dyeing, oil resistance...etc. The critical technique is how to make sure the strongly adhesion between polymer and metals. It will not peel under the proper processing situation. The diameter of the roller can be made from few mm to 150 cm while the length of rollers can be made from few mm to 450 cm. The hardness, range from shore A 20 to 100 degree, and color can be customized. The size tolerance can be minimize to 0.03 mm.
