This machine can be applied to the following types of surface processing:
1)Applies to dry sand (shot) blasting process. It applies to blasting process of single and large amount of medium size or small components.
2)Clean up the oxide skin of heat-treated work pieces, welding work pieces, castings and forging pieces and so on. The cleaning quality can achieve Sa2.
3)Remove the tiny spur on the work pieces and the residuals on the surface.
4)The pre-processing of work pieces before painting or plating which can form active surface and improve the adhesion of painting and plating layer.
5)Spray painting and engraving on the surface of glass.
6)Can increase or reduce the surface roughness Ra value of the small work
