1. Extra wide bed is constructed of high tensile Meehanite casting, annealing treated to relieve stress. Bed ways are high frequency heat treated and precision ground. Hardness more than HRC 56.
2. Easy chip disposal 45 degree slant bed construction with box guideways on X and Z axis to provide best heavy cutting performance.
30 degree slant construction available for large swing and super heavy cutting.
4. Each sliding surface for all axes is coated with turcite-B and hand scraped to provide best accuracy and rigidity.
5. Three step gearbox for headstock provides extra high power and torque output for excellent heavy duty cutting/turning performance.
6. Z and X axis guide ways covered with telescopic covers."
