Besides the enterprise’s capital, mobilized capital (borrowing or issuing additional shares) is one of the conditions that determine the existence, development, and expansion of any enterprise. Currently, the investment demand for production expansion is increasing with many opportunities coming from domestic and international markets. At the present, Vietnam’s strong infrastructure development such as seaports or highways also makes connectivity and transportation easier.

The ability to get capital mobilization and to compete among businesses are necessary strategy for most businesses. In different industries, each business will have different strategies to maintain capital flow, from any investment source such as credit, bonds and even foreign direct investment.
