World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is a structured and integrated manufacturing system that covers all manufacturing processes within the enterprise and the entire organization from management to factory workers. Becoming WCM is considered as one of the biggest objectives of most factory managers and business owners, to achieve that goal, there will be a lot of things and production processes needed to optimize and improve, thereby actively supporting the production process by cutting unnecessary costs.
